“ Good atmosphere, great food and friendly service. We ordered the carrillera which was so tender and juicy. As usual I ordered the Waikiki salad, a big bowl of mix salad with cashew nuts, spaghetti, bits of beef, mango and sweet sour sauce. My favorite food in VIPS is this one, delicious and complete. ”
“ Normally chains are not on our list when visiting a new place but we tried the VIPS at the plaza canovas location and the food and service were really good. Loved it!!! Vips burger, piri piri chicken and burratisima were all very good and recommended. ”
“ I went with my wife and children to VIPS in Neptuno and we had a great experience. We were welcomed straight away by a lady who brought us to a table. She was super nice. This was also followed by a lovely waitress (Yasmin) who took care of our order. Two of us are coeliac, and their gluten-free good was so tasty. I would recommend the gluten-free Vips classic. We were impressed how careful they were with the gluten free dishes (i.e. individual table mats of specific color for coeliac customers, plates of different colour too and so on). Yasmin was so nice as she was checking a good few times that everything was alright. She was not just doing it with us as we had a food intolerance, but with all other customers, and this was on a very busy Easter Friday. We will definitely come back to VIPS in our next visit to Spain. ”
“ VIPS is really recommended for great comfort food. It is much popular in Madrid than Barcelona but still as great everywhere! We always go for VIPS club sandwich and the staff are nice enough to accommodate to replacing the pork with turkey and it just tastes amazing. The chicken wings were nice, not spicy though but nice. The service was really nice and speedy. ”
“ During a recent vacation in Spain we spent a few days in Madrid. We stayed at a nearby hotel who recommended VIPS as somewhere we should visit for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast options were great, large portion sizes, amazing tasting food and a fantastic staff that provided excellent service. I highly recommend VIPS to anybody visiting Madrid whether you are visiting on vacation or for business. The restaurant has plenty of seating and TV's showing sports. ”
